About the Position

Are you an experienced Process Engineer who thrives on complex challenges and optimizing business processes? Do you want to play an essential role in the success of our clients through process mining, process discovery, business process management, and automation? Then the role of Process Engineer BAW (Business Applications & Workflow) at ilionx is perfect for you!

As a Process Engineer BAW, you are the bridge between business and IT. You will help clients analyze and improve their business processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing efficient workflows and smart applications, utilizing a wide range of technologies and methodologies. From identifying bottlenecks to implementing new processes, your role is crucial for creating tangible value.

Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct detailed analyses of existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Design & Implementation: Design and implement new, optimized business processes and associated applications (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, BPM).
Consulting: Advise clients on the latest technological developments and best practices in process optimization and automation.
Project Management: (Co-)manage projects from scoping to delivery, monitoring progress and informing stakeholders.
Technologies & Tools: Work with tools such as Celonis, UiPath, Power Platform, SAP Signavio, and other leading solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN).
Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ProcessGold, UiPath Process Mining).
Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and/or robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).
Demonstrable experience advising clients and clearly presenting complex issues.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting at both strategic and operational levels.
Completed HBO or WO degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
In possession of a driver's license B and willing to work on-site at clients.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
