Introduction

As a Principal Product Designer for SoFi Coach, you will be instrumental in building the agentic core of the platform. This role transcends traditional design, focusing on architecting proactive AI systems that transform the app into an autonomous personal wealth manager. You will act as a technical pioneer, connecting high-level strategy with hands-on execution to demonstrate groundbreaking possibilities in automated finance.

Responsibilities

• Architect proactive AI systems for debt and investment management.
• Leverage AI-native development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to create functional prototypes.
• Demonstrate innovative "magic moments" in AI-driven finance.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate APIs and agentic architectures.
• Establish AI-native design frameworks across the organization.
• Evangelize speed-focused development workflows and iterative prototyping.
• Influence the company's long-term AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical founder or design-engineer.
• Proficiency in AI-native development stack, including Cursor and Claude Code.
• Technical depth in API integration and agentic architectures.
