Team Rockstars IT is looking for a Principal Consultant AI to help clients unlock their potential through artificial intelligence. You will be a driving force behind AI transformation, working on strategic projects from concept to implementation, and leading talented AI professionals.

Responsibilities

Strategic AI Roadmaps: Develop and implement AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
Technical Leadership: Lead AI projects, architectural design, and model development, ensuring the highest quality and scalability.
Client Advisory: Advise C-level clients on AI adoption and implementation, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
Team Development: Coach and mentor junior and medior AI engineers, contributing to the growth of the AI community.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and initiate internal R&D projects.
Business Development: Contribute to new business opportunities through thought leadership, presentations, and workshops.

Requirements

Education & Experience: A completed Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
In-depth Knowledge: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or consultancy, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
AI/ML Expertise: Experience with MLOps, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).
Advisory Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex business needs into effective AI solutions.
Leadership: Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating technical teams.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
