Introduction

As the Principal Architect for AI, you will be the visionary driving the transition into an AI-first enterprise. This isn't a traditional 'ivory tower' architecture role; you will lead a nimble, cross-functional team dedicated to rapidly prototyping and deploying AI-native solutions. Your mission is to reinvent how the organization handles risk, claims, and productivity by building sophisticated autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate AI Agents: Utilize frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen to create intelligent, task-oriented agents.
• Design RAG Pipelines: Build and scale complex retrieval systems using vector search and advanced embeddings.
• Leverage Modern Tooling: Move fast from concept to production using the full AWS Bedrock suite, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
• Act as a primary change agent, setting the standards for AI governance and secure cloud architecture.
• Mentor others in 'vibe coding' and generative AI techniques.
• Stay hands-on with the latest LLM evaluation and orchestration tools.
