Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Engineer to join our innovative team at eino.ai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architect robust, scalable, and efficient AI systems. This is a crucial role for someone who is passionate about AI, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI solutions, from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Architect scalable and reliable AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Design and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and data pipelines.
• Conduct research and experiments to evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define project scope and requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of AI applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on designing and deploying AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis or other in-memory data stores.
• Familiarity with open-source AI projects and contributions.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
