Practice Lead Business Transformation

Introduction

As a Practice Lead, you are the driving force behind change, leading a team of 15 consultants and guiding their growth and development. You will work on digital transformations that make a real impact and contribute to the future of our organization. Reporting to the Area Director Business Transformation, you will collaborate with both public and private organizations to solve complex issues. You will develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions that align with business needs and IT strategies, working closely with your team, stakeholders, and clients to achieve shared successes. Your expertise, strategic insight, and connecting approach will stimulate the growth of our Area and contribute to digital transformations that make organizations future-proof.

Requirements

• Inspiring leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in guiding and developing talent within consultancy.
• Entrepreneurship: Proven commercial experience and the drive to build a successful management consultancy business.
• Strategic expertise: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a focus on Business & IT transformations, Business Process Excellence, organizational design, (agile) portfolio management, and sector knowledge (preferably Public, Industry, or Financial Services). Experience with a leading consultancy organization is a plus.
• Project management skills: Experience in leading consultancy advisory trajectories and projects, achieving results within deadlines and budgets, and fostering team growth.
• Strong networking skills: The ability and relationships to identify new opportunities and create value for our clients.
• Mentorship & team development: Committed to the growth and development of your team and helping them reach their full potential.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €6,000 and €8,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact salary depends on your experience and the role.
• A generous mobility budget in the form of a lease arrangement of €1,209, with the choice of an electric lease car with an NS Business Card or a lease bicycle, or an alternative transport arrangement of €1,113, depending on what best suits your travel needs.
