About the Position

Introduction

We are looking for a veteran developer to champion AI-assisted engineering within our enterprise ecosystem. In this high-impact position, you will drive technical strategy by blending traditional .NET and React JS development with modern Power Platform solutions. This isn't just about writing code; it's about orchestrating complex systems while utilizing AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to maximize output and innovate at scale.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead, you will oversee a hybrid environment involving Azure DevOps, SQL databases, and sophisticated UI integrations. Your role focuses on:

Implementing AI-driven development practices (Vibe Coding) to enhance productivity.
Designing robust enterprise solutions using Power Automate and Canvas apps.
Mentoring offshore teams and guiding the technical vision within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in software development
Proficiency in .NET and React JS development.
Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Canvas apps).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and SQL databases.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
Ability to utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for development.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of UI integrations.
