Are you a Power Platform Consultant energized by building smart low-code solutions with real impact? Do you want to not only develop Power Apps but also work with Copilot Studio and AI Agents? Then this is your opportunity.

At Sopra Steria, you will work with the latest Microsoft AI and low-code technologies on scalable Power Platform solutions for organizations within government, finance, and industry. You will analyze processes, translate business challenges into concrete solutions, and build applications and Copilots that deliver immediate value. Not just isolated experiments, but smart solutions that are in production and make a difference.

Responsibilities

As a Power Platform Consultant at Sopra Steria, you will work on the development and optimization of Power Platform solutions, with a clear focus on end-to-end automation and AI innovation. This means you will:

• Design, develop, and manage solutions in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Set up and optimize Power Automate flows for full process automation.
• Build and train AI Agents / Copilots with Copilot Studio, including connections to business data.
• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate external systems via APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph.
• Work with ALM, solution architecture, and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to make processes smarter and more efficient.

In addition to your client work, you will actively contribute to our Power Platform & Copilot practice, including knowledge sharing, giving training, and further professionalizing our expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, independently developing end-to-end solutions according to best practices and guidelines.
• Experience with Dataverse, API integrations, and connectors, complemented by an affinity for Copilot Studio or AI applications.
• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree and possession of the PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) certification. PL-200 certification is a strong plus!
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, or similar technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: you gather and analyze information, understand client needs, and translate them into concrete Power Platform & Copilot solutions.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €3,500 and €5,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week, minimum 32 hours).
