Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional or agency based in Portugal to manage a fully remote company formation and business banking setup. The director is a French citizen residing in the US, holding a French passport, EU ID, and US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Portuguese NIF for the director.
• Incorporate a Sociedade Unipessoal por Quotas (Lda.) with a sole shareholder and sole director structure.
• Complete RCBE/UBO registration.
• Handle tax registration and Início de Actividade.
• Secure a registered office/address if required.
• Deliver all company incorporation documents.
• Assist with opening a traditional Portuguese business bank account (preferably Novo Banco or Santander).

Requirements

• Must be an experienced Portugal-based professional or agency.
• Proven experience handling Portuguese company formation and corporate banking for non-resident directors.
• Ability to manage the entire process remotely where possible.
• Cooperation with KYC/compliance requirements, providing necessary identification, proof of address, and business information.
