What you will be doing:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native platforms on AWS (or similar cloud providers). Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Implement and enforce security best practices across the platform. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. What you’ll bring:

At least 5 years of experience in a Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. Extensive experience with AWS (or similar cloud providers such as Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc). Solid background in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Backbase offers an attractive compensation package that includes:
