Introduction

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, is offering a full-time rotational program for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in Product Operations, specifically within our Derivatives business. The Pioneer Talent Program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the crypto industry.

Responsibilities

Participants in this program will gain exposure to various critical functions within our Derivatives business, which may include:

• Product Operations Management: Contribute to the day-to-day operational excellence of our product suite.
• Risk Management: Understand and assist in mitigating financial and operational risks within derivatives trading.
• Project Alpha: Participate in strategic projects aimed at innovation and growth.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a Product Operations Manager role within one of our growing product teams, making a significant impact on our global operations.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Graduated between 2022-2024 with 0-3 years of full-time work experience. Recent graduates from overseas are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Industry Interest: Strong interest in the crypto industry, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain technology, with a foundational understanding of trading products, especially derivatives.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proactive Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt.
• Mobility: Ability to relocate internationally if required.
