About the Position

Introduction

Join a rapidly growing software company in The Hague as a PHP Developer. You will work closely with the team on the development of a groundbreaking AI assistant. This assistant helps software developers improve their code quality and accelerates the development process. Your contribution will be crucial for the further development of both the AI assistant and the underlying platforms.

Responsibilities

As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for backend development. You will implement new features, optimize existing code, and ensure a scalable architecture. You will work with PHP 8.2 and newer versions, potentially complemented by Symfony, Laravel, or other frameworks. Knowledge of NodeJS, React, TypeScript, or Python (with FastAPI) is a plus, as the AI assistant also contains Python components. You are a driven developer who enjoys exploring new technologies and contributing to an innovative product.

Requirements

HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
Experience with PHP 8.2 (or newer) and modern PHP frameworks (Symfony/Laravel).
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes.
Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

Experience with NodeJS, React, TypeScript, or Python (with FastAPI).
Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
