Introduction

Are you an ambitious PHP Developer looking to build a SaaS application used by clients like Samsung, Action, and Ahold Delhaize? Do you have the drive to eventually take on a Lead Developer role? If so, this is the opportunity for you!

The development team currently consists of over 10 software developers, with plans to double in size this year. For 2024, the goal is to launch a new product that will revolutionize how major webshops manage their products, built with cutting-edge technologies like Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Vue.js, Kubernetes, and AWS, all within a DDD architecture.

Responsibilities

• Further develop the SaaS platform, working on new functionalities and optimizing existing features.
• Contribute your own ideas and explore new technologies.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Make a significant impact and have opportunities for growth towards a Lead Developer role.
• Engage in continuous personal development, with access to training and education.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a PHP Developer.
• Proven experience with Laravel and/or Symfony.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with MySQL and Docker.
• You are a communicative and a true team player.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Vue.js or a similar JavaScript framework.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
