About the Position

Our client, a renowned player in the blockchain and crypto sector, is seeking a Performance Marketer to join their team in Amsterdam. Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Manage and optimize advertising campaign budgets to ensure efficiency.
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance.
Analyze data, generate insights, and create reports to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Monitor the latest trends and developments in performance marketing and translate them into actionable plans.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce effective advertising materials.

Requirements

Completed relevant HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Performance Marketer, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment or within the blockchain/crypto sector.
Proven experience with various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Proactive, communicative, and a team player.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
