Performance Analyst

They have successfully transitioned from a startup to a scale-up, now boasting over 100 employees and an ambitious strategy for the coming years. Beyond the Netherlands, they operate in Belgium, Germany, and the UK, with plans for further expansion. Due to continuous growth and a sharp focus on performance, they are seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial performance.
• Proactively develop dashboards and reports.
• Present analyses to the management team, sales director, and executive board.
• Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends through data analysis.
• Provide concrete recommendations to improve commercial results.
• Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing) and external partners/clients.
• Engage in discussions and challenge the status quo with critical questions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial (FinTech) environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Extensive experience with BI tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau) and Excel.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex analyses clearly and persuasively.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and critical mindset.
• Based in or willing to commute to Amsterdam.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
