Introduction

CSGOEmpire (Moonrail Limited) is looking for a People Ops Specialist to drive team growth, develop scalable processes, and support overall performance and morale. This role is crucial for facilitating the success of all functions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Driving recruitment efforts by creating job ads, managing postings, and screening applicants.
• Nurturing relationships with potential candidates, especially senior/managerial profiles.
• Facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Supporting performance management initiatives and contributing to solutions.
• Promoting a culture of acknowledgment by recognizing achievements and milestones.
• Analyzing recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve applicant quality.
• Pushing process efficiency through task automation and streamlining operations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Project Management, specifically within online casino/iGaming, crypto, or FinTech sectors.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, fully remote, startup/scaleup environment.
• Proficiency in synthesizing information for direct and effective communication.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Experience with tools like GSuite, Slack, Discord, Zapier/Bardeen, Notion/Trello.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
• Collaborative, low-ego spirit, eager to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
