In the Netherlands, you will work within RulesMatter, a dedicated and knowledgeable team that helps organizations make their processes smarter and future-proof with rule-based technology. For this role, you will join the Technical Business Process Automation practice, where we build technical Pega solutions that are not only effective but also make a real impact.

Introduction

As a Pega Consultant, you build solutions that truly help organizations progress. You translate complex processes into smart, functional applications in Pega. Not just theory, but something that actually runs.

You will work with analysts, system architects, and the client. Sometimes you'll build something new from scratch. Sometimes you'll improve what's already there. Whatever you do, it needs to be scalable, logically structured, and ready for change.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Pega solutions
• Building process flows, business rules, and integrations
• Contributing ideas on technical choices and scalability

Requirements

• A few years of experience with Pega (preferably in complex environments)
• Experience with designing, setting up, and optimizing Pega applications
• Ability to smoothly switch between business and technology
• Experience with Agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Pega certification is a plus, but not a must. If you understand the content and have the drive to improve, you'll fit right in.
