Responsibilities

As a PEGA Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and documenting business processes and needs.
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for PEGA solutions.
• Advising clients on the optimal use of PEGA technology.
• Actively contributing to the design and implementation of PEGA applications.
• Testing and validating developed solutions.
• Guiding users in the adoption of new PEGA systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a driven and communicative professional with a passion for process optimization and technology. You should possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree thinking and working level.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with PEGA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Have

• PEGA certifications are a plus.
