Introduction

Binance is seeking an experienced Mobile Pre-install Partnership Manager to drive large-scale user acquisition throughout Africa. This role is crucial for expanding our reach through strategic collaborations with smartphone manufacturers (OEMs), telecom operators, and mobile distribution partners. You will play a pivotal role in securing and managing partnerships that facilitate the pre-installation, privileged placement, and bundled distribution of our mobile payment application on Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale user acquisition across Africa through strategic partnerships.
• Secure, negotiate, and manage relationships with smartphone manufacturers (OEMs), telecom operators, and mobile distribution partners.
• Facilitate pre-installation, privileged placement, and bundled distribution of our mobile payment application on Android devices.
• Ensure strong activation and transaction performance from pre-installed users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user acquisition efficiency and partner performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, telecom business development, mobile distribution, or strategic growth roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.
• Deep understanding of the Android ecosystem and app distribution models.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
• Business fluency in English.
