Introduction

Bitso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Growth Lead to own and scale paid acquisition across all major channels. This is a pivotal role responsible for building, systematizing, and accelerating Bitso's paid growth engine. You will have full ownership of budget, channels, experimentation, and tooling, operating at the intersection of financial services and blockchain technology in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

This is an Individual Contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, with a clear path to leadership. We are looking for a builder who ships weekly, automates aggressively, and designs systems that compound over time.

Responsibilities

• Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Own and manage paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels (e.g., Reddit, Moloco, DSPs, emerging platforms). Make informed decisions on budget allocation, spending, and campaign scaling/termination within defined guardrails. Conduct weekly arbitration of budget, experiments, and channel prioritization.
• Growth Experimentation & Velocity: Design and execute continuous experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, formats, and platforms. Operate with short test cycles and rapid decision-making, shipping, killing, and iterating on campaigns weekly without lengthy feedback loops.
• Creative Systems & Feedback Loops: Establish a tight creative feedback loop where performance data directly informs new creative concepts. Drive high creative throughput without compromising execution speed. Partner with creative teams, content producers, and influencers to translate insights into high-volume creative assets.
• AI-First Execution & Automation: Leverage AI tools, AI agents, no-code solutions, and automation to accelerate creative production, iteration, and analysis. Automate repetitive tasks such as creative analysis, tagging, performance summaries, and test readouts. Continuously redesign workflows to minimize manual effort and maximize output per head.
• Data Autonomy, Measurement & Decision-making: Define and maintain working data structures for paid performance and experimentation. Utilize SQL to independently analyze data and answer critical questions. Combine platform data with internal signals to guide decisions, operating under imperfect attribution and making fast, directionally correct choices instead of waiting for certainty. Translate data into actionable weekly decisions rather than retrospective reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-moving environments.
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok; experience with additional platforms and DSPs is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with raw event data.
• Proven ability to operate independently from centralized analytics teams.
• High fluency with AI tools, AI agents, no-code solutions, and automation for growth workflows.
• Experience scaling ad production using tools like Arcards.ai, Creatify, Heygen, or similar.
• Strong creative instinct combined with analytical discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Track record of successfully managing large advertising budgets.
• Fluency in Spanish (given the LATAM focus).
