Are you looking to work on complex online marketing campaigns for technical and international companies? As a Paid Advertising Specialist (SEA Specialist), you will join a digital agency in Rotterdam that helps businesses grow with data-driven marketing. You will build campaigns in Google Ads, analyze performance, and advise clients on improving their digital strategy. You'll work in a team with developers, designers, and marketers, with ample opportunity to approach campaigns strategically.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Conversion Optimization: Set up A/B tests for landing pages and ad copy.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze campaign results in Google Analytics and create clear reports.
• Client Advisory: Advise clients on their digital strategy and present results.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online advertising and SEO.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Paid Advertising/SEA, preferably at a digital agency.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete actions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to advise clients persuasively.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about online marketing.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
