Responsibilities

• Work on a business-critical Oracle application that plays a vital role daily within a complex environment.
• Further develop and optimize PL/SQL functionalities that form the foundation of the system.
• Implement improvements, new functionalities, and technical expansions within the Oracle environment.
• Actively contribute to the development of Java components within the application.
• Translate functional requirements into smart and sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate intensively with administrators, users, and other technical specialists.
• Contribute ideas for innovations and modernization projects, such as containerization, big data, and AI applications.
• Make a significant contribution to the future-proofing of an environment where reliability and continuity are central.

Requirements

• MBO+ or HBO (vocational or higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Forms.
• Knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• Analytical, independent, and strong communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
