Introduction

As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant at Sopra Steria, you will help organizations maximize the potential of their ERP landscape. You will translate business processes and needs into smart Oracle solutions, ensuring systems optimally align with organizational goals.

You will work with Oracle ERP solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud, being involved in implementations, optimizations, and further development. You will interact directly with clients, advise on functional choices, and guide them in using their ERP solutions.

In your role, you will be a trusted sparring partner for both clients and colleagues. You will analyze complex issues, recommend improvements, and collaborate with other consultants and technical teams to deliver robust, future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and needs into Oracle solutions.
• Optimize and implement Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Guide clients in the use of their ERP solutions.
• Analyze complex business questions and advise on improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop robust solutions.

Requirements

• HBO or university degree in IT, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, for example, with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Clear communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
