Introduction

Figure is seeking an Operations Training Specialist II to join their Charlotte, NC office. This role is crucial for implementing training strategies, plans, and processes to support operational and organizational goals within a company transforming financial services with blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the scheduling and administration of all Operations training initiatives and programs.
• Facilitate Servicing & Originations training programs in both live and online environments, with possible travel to Figure office locations as needed.
• Act as an administrator for Figure’s learning management system (LMS).
• Design and develop training programs for the Figure Operations department, including technical product training, call aid documentation, product upgrade communications, compliance updates, and new hire onboarding.
• Influence a positive culture and create meaningful experiences for trainees.
• Maintain the design and integrity of Figure’s brand and culture.
• Maintain expertise in current training methods and technologies.
• Evaluate participants to ensure subject material is effectively conveyed.
• Assist in identifying employee developmental/training needs and provide recommendations for program development to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty, reflecting Figure’s core values.
• Assist in the management of documentation for Figure Operations processes and procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous duties related to training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related subject is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of training experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with exceptional attention to detail.
• Resourceful, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
