Introduction

As an Onsite Engineer, you will be the face of our organization at the client's location. You will support clients with their daily support issues and ensure their IT environment functions optimally. Thanks to your technical expertise and customer-oriented approach, you will not only impress with solutions but also strengthen the bond with our clients. When not on location, you will work from our Eindhoven office, providing remote support and collaborating with colleagues. This is a versatile role where you truly make a difference – as a flexible and reliable 'flying Dutchman'!

No day is the same, and you will be busy with:

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting technical issues and handling support requests on-site.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients on location.
• Close collaboration with the Managed Services department for escalations and more complex issues.
• Identifying areas for improvement and proactively contributing to solutions.

Requirements

• Completed MBO-ICT 4 education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office 365), networks, and hardware.
• You are solution-oriented, strong in communication, and stress-resistant.
• Above all, you are a pleasant colleague to work with.
• In possession of a valid driver's license B.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft (MCP/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA) are a plus.
