Are you an experienced Occupational Expert who wants to move beyond execution to influence the broader field, shaping how the profession can improve and how professionals can be trained more effectively? This is your next career step.

We are seeking an Occupational Expert (Arbeidsdeskundige) who, in addition to conducting occupational assessments, wants to make a difference through policy development and professional training. You have a vision for the field and an ambition to transition from an executive to a more advisory and guiding role within an innovative and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire process, from assessing capacity to reintegration and finding suitable employment. This includes a broad range of tasks from research to advice, from claim assessment to the guidance and execution of reintegration trajectories.
• Play a crucial role in developing and optimizing service delivery. This involves contributing to the implementation of new methodologies, setting up innovative training programs, and mentoring junior occupational experts in their development.
• Build and maintain an extensive network with companies, governments, and educational institutions to create the best opportunities for your clients.
• Translate your expertise into actionable reports and advice.

Requirements

• You are a registered and certified Occupational Expert (Arbeidsdeskundige).
• You have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
• You have demonstrable experience in developing and implementing policies or training in the field of occupational mobility, (preventive) absenteeism management, and reintegration.
• You are analytically strong, communicative, and a true connector.
• You enjoy working in a team and like to share knowledge and further develop your expertise.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
