Introduction

As a .NET Developer at Sopra Steria, you'll work on impactful projects, building applications that are reliable, scalable, and well-designed. You'll contribute to greenfield applications, enhance existing software, and assist with cloud migrations, primarily within an Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop back-end or full-stack .NET applications.
• Work with technologies such as .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Azure.
• Write clear, maintainable, and secure code.
• Contribute to discussions on architecture, scalability, and performance.
• Work in sprints, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Work hybrid, combining remote work, office presence, and occasional client visits.

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in a technical field.
• Minimum of two years of experience with .NET (e.g., C#, .NET Core, MVC, or Web API).
• Knowledge of or interest in Azure and CI/CD.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and think holistically about projects.
• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
