CapTech is seeking a visionary MuleSoft Architect to lead the integration of enterprise middleware with advanced artificial intelligence. This role transcends traditional development, focusing on leveraging natural language and AI orchestration to create scalable, high-impact solutions for Fortune 100 clients. As a project-based consulting role, strong communication skills for conveying complex technical visions to stakeholders are crucial, alongside deep technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of agentic architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, n8n, and Pydantic.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP to improve enterprise data flows.
Apply "vibe coding" principles to manage multi-agent systems and conversational user experiences (UX).
Work with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), including Claude, GPT, and Mistral, to automate and optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Mentor team members in prompt evaluation and AI best practices.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI-driven development.

Requirements

Experience transitioning from manual development to an AI-assisted logic approach.
Strong understanding and practical application of MuleSoft 4.x for integrations.
Proficiency in API Design, Anypoint Exchange, RAML, REST, and SOAP.
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and Microservice Architectures.
Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and database technologies (Relational, NoSQL).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering desired.
Ability to communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders effectively.
