Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Elicit user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics.
• Challenge and manage the supplier.
• Build and develop the team.
• Collaborate closely with the service delivery manager for the ongoing project.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, preferably with financial processes within an ERP package.
• Experience with UO (Unified Operations or F&PO) is a plus.
• You are assertive, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
• You are adept at building consensus and can effortlessly switch between various stakeholders.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

About Company

You will be working in a dynamic organization within the retail sector. This organization is focused on digitizing processes and establishing a future-proof enterprise. A major multi-year project is underway to replace the current ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Initially, the system will be used by approximately 800 users with potential for expansion to other business units. To ensure its successful implementation, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant who can guide this project with their finance knowledge and experience.

As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365, interacting with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Alongside your consultant colleagues, each specializing in a different area within Dynamics, you will be closely involved in necessary changes. You will challenge the supplier and gather requirements from stakeholders. Working in a young team, you will take the lead and mentor your colleagues, contemplating future-oriented D365 solutions.
