Introduction

As a Microsoft 365 Trainer / Adoption Consultant, you will train and guide our clients in the adoption of the modern Omnia Workplace, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and Office. You will support clients in setting up and executing adoption and change management programs, focusing on guiding end-users and optimizing work processes with the new Omnia Workplace.

Your expertise includes providing IT user training, conducting inspirational workshops, and guiding change processes related to the implementation and use of Microsoft 365 applications. With your enthusiasm and professional knowledge, you will ensure that employees are optimally prepared for their new way of working.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide clients in the adoption of the modern Omnia Workplace and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Develop and implement adoption and change management programs.
• Provide IT user training and inspirational workshops.
• Optimize work processes using the new Omnia Workplace.
• Ensure employees are prepared for new ways of working with Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Affinity with IT in the field of Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot is a plus.
• Experience with didactics and change management.
• Extensive experience in training groups.
• Interested in new digital technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and proactive.
• Ability to motivate organizations in change processes.
• Willingness to travel to clients in the Netherlands.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
