Introduction

As a Microsoft 365 Trainer / E-Coach, you will train and guide clients in the adoption of our modern Omnia workplace, including Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, and SharePoint). You will also advise and support user organizations in optimizing work processes and styles by effectively leveraging the capabilities within Microsoft 365.

Your expertise includes providing IT user training, onboarding new employees, giving inspiration sessions, and guiding change processes focused on using Microsoft 365 applications. You will work both remotely and on-site with clients. Thanks to your enthusiasm and expertise, you will optimally support employees and prepare them for their new way of working.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide clients in the adoption of the Omnia workplace and Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint).
• Advise and support user organizations in optimizing work processes and styles.
• Provide IT user training.
• Onboard new employees.
• Deliver inspiration sessions.
• Guide change processes related to Microsoft 365 application usage.
• Work both remotely and on-site with clients.
• Support employees effectively to prepare them for new work methods.

Requirements

• Affinity with IT, specifically with Office 365.
• Support experience in assisting users.
• Experience with didactics.
• Interest in new digital technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-reliant, structured, and proactive.
• A team player who can also work very well independently.
• Above all: a pleasant colleague to work with.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
