Microsoft 365 Trainer/ Adoption Consultant

Introduction

As a Microsoft 365 Trainer / Adoption Consultant, you will train and guide our clients in the adoption and use of our modern Omnia workplace, including Microsoft 365 applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients effectively utilize the full potential of Microsoft 365 to enhance their productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications.
• Guide clients through the adoption process of the Omnia workplace.
• Develop and update training materials and documentation.
• Provide support and answer questions related to Microsoft 365 functionalities.
• Analyze client needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer or consultant, preferably in IT or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Educator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
