As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will guide our clients through the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365. You'll work on challenging projects for various organizations, applying your deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 to deliver innovative solutions that seamlessly align with their business objectives. You'll be a sparring partner for clients, translating their needs into concrete, technical solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft's modern workplace and related services.

Responsibilities

Advise and guide clients on the adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Design, configure, and implement complex Microsoft 365 environments.
Automate management tasks and processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide second-line support.
Stay updated on the latest developments within Microsoft 365 and actively share your knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender).
Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 migrations and integrations.
Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell and Power Automate.
Strong communication and excellent advisory skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Possess relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-102, AZ-104) or be willing to obtain them.
