Introduction

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you know how to achieve productivity gains using Microsoft 365. We count on you for all the ins and outs of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams! You will focus on cloud migrations and the implementation of functionalities that make users' work easier. Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Purview are frequently discussed and are central to the productivity team.

Our clients are mainly in healthcare, education, and municipalities. You will discuss their needs: what takes a lot of time now, or which business process is not running smoothly? Using the client's situation as a starting point, you will provide independent advice on suitable Microsoft solutions. Additionally, you will conduct workshops for clients on policy, security, and user rights within applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Microsoft 365 solutions, particularly for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Focus on cloud migrations and implementing functionalities that streamline user workflows.
• Discuss client needs to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Provide independent advice on appropriate Microsoft solutions based on client situations.
• Conduct workshops for clients on policy, security, and user rights within applications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a comparable consultancy role.
• HBO (higher professional education) level, obtained through education or work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT and project experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot.
• Strong social and communication skills to connect client business needs with technology.
• Most importantly, be a pleasant colleague to work with.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Platform and Purview.
