Introduction

As a Mendix Developer, you will work on digital solutions that help organizations accelerate and improve their processes. You will translate functional requirements into concrete applications and actively contribute ideas on how technology can best be utilized to deliver value.

You will be involved in the entire development process: from analysis and design to realization, testing, and going live. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers. You understand the client's context and can translate it into user-friendly and scalable solutions.

Within projects, you will be responsible for (sub)solutions and contribute to the technical quality of the final product. You will identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing both the application and the team's working methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop web and mobile applications in Mendix.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Realize integrations with systems and data sources.
• Contribute ideas on technical solutions and improvements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively contribute to team results.
• Test, optimize, and further develop applications.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in Mendix, explore new technologies, and expand your role within projects.

Requirements

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree in an IT field and possess a solid foundation in software development.
• You have at least 2 years of experience with Mendix and are capable of independently developing functionalities within a project.
• You have experience building web and/or mobile applications and understand how they meet user needs.
• You have knowledge of integrations (such as REST APIs and databases) and can enable systems to communicate with each other.
• You are proficient in the Dutch language at a minimum B2 level and can communicate effectively with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €3,500 and €4,800 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact salary depends on your experience and role.
