Introduction

Are you a skilled Tech Recruiter looking to apply your expertise within a dynamic, international team? Experis is seeking a Medior/Senior Tech Recruiter to identify and attract top tech talent for leading clients in Consumer Goods & Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Finance sectors. This role offers the opportunity to develop creative search strategies and contribute significantly to the growth of Experis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other international channels.
• Develop and implement creative search strategies to source top talent globally.
• Share successes and insights with the team to foster collaborative growth.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Act as a positive and energetic conversation partner, engaging candidates honestly and enthusiastically.
• Understand candidate motivations and align them with suitable roles to ensure successful placements.
• Actively contribute to the growth of Experis by making successful placements.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) diploma or MBO-4 diploma with relevant work experience.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Excellent command of the English language for international collaboration.
• Possession of a B driving license (a lease car will be provided).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Proven track record in recruiting for the Tech sector.
• Experience working in an international recruitment environment.
