Introduction

As a Medior Workplace Engineer, you will be a key driver for modern Microsoft workplace environments across organizations in the Noord-Nederland region. This role offers a dynamic experience, splitting your time between the office and client locations in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe, ensuring no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

• Ensure users can work without interruption.
• Build secure, stable, and future-proof IT workplaces.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and security aspects.
• Act as a genuine sparring partner for colleagues and clients, demonstrating technical depth and clear communication with IT managers and end-users.
• Contribute to workplace management, monitoring, projects, packaging, and consultancy services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Intune.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• In possession of a B driving license.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Certifications for Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified, or Security Administrator Associate are a plus.
