Introduction

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for tech talent? Experis is looking for a Medior/Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team in Gouda. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to contract signing, in a competitive and dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Manage all administrative tasks related to your recruitment processes.
• Write compelling job descriptions for incoming requests.
• Take ownership of your work, prioritize tasks, make conscious choices, and identify the necessary resources to achieve results.
• Lead by example in following and improving processes, and guide colleagues.
• Actively contribute ideas on how to work smarter and act as a connecting factor within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter in a commercial environment.
• Experience within tech recruitment is a plus.
• Availability for 32 - 40 hours per week.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Experience in tech-focused talent acquisition.
