Responsibilities

• You bring structure and momentum to projects by cleverly combining people, resources, and budget.
• You maintain control over planning, quality, and results, adjusting where necessary.
• You ensure that decisions are made at the right time and with the right information.
• You translate ideas and ambitions into clear plans, schedules, and concrete actions.
• You make progress and impact transparent for management and stakeholders.
• You connect teams, clients, and users, ensuring everyone works towards the same goal.
• You guide projects from start to successful delivery, including implementation and evaluation.

Requirements

• You have an HBO or university level of education.
• A background in project management (such as PRINCE2 or IPMA) is a plus.
• You have experience guiding or managing IT and/or public projects.
• Project-based work is familiar territory for you.
• You feel comfortable with technical, organizational, and IT-related issues.
• You are skilled in planning and organizing and can easily collaborate with various stakeholders.
• You have worked with Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, or are open to learning more about them.
• Interest in cybersecurity is a clear advantage.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
