As a Medior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers within the automotive industry, ensuring IT systems run smoothly, resolving technical issues, and contributing to an efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk Support: Provide first and second-line support to employees and customers experiencing technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Hardware Management: Maintain and manage computer equipment, printers, and other IT-related hardware in the automotive business.
• Software Support: Install, configure, and update software applications and manage licenses.
• Network Support: Assist in troubleshooting network issues and maintain network equipment such as routers and switches.
• Data Management: Support data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the security of important data.
• Provide basic instructions and training to employees and customers to help them effectively use IT tools.
• Inventory Management: Manage and monitor the inventory of IT-related supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO degree in an IT-related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems like Windows.
• Problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with technical issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and quickly master new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system; Topdesk is a plus.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
• Problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving network issues.
• Customer-oriented attitude and friendly approach when dealing with end-users.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Salary between €2,600 and €3,300 per month based on a 40-hour work week.
