About the Position

Massive is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager for Brand and Communications. This pivotal role is for an individual deeply fascinated by both consumer brands and the evolving landscape of blockchain and cryptocurrency. You will play a crucial part in growing and leading Massive's brand presence across multiple channels, overseeing brand strategy, communications, and public relations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand narrative, voice, and ultimately help Massive become a household name.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
Lead communications and public relations efforts.
Manage brand storytelling, social media presence, and content creation.
Oversee creative development campaigns.
Translate product direction and positioning into compelling consumer-facing programs.
Drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of Massive's offerings.

Requirements

5+ years of brand management experience.
Proven experience working within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
Demonstrated experience with consumer brands.
Ability to analyze and report data to identify trends, issues, and solutions for improving results.
Strong sense of creativity and understanding of the creative process.
Excellent project management capabilities, including managing complex workstreams with internal and external partners.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Eager to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude.
