Introduction

Wallet is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to drive the growth and adoption of our self-custodial wallet solutions. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience in the crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for self-custodial wallets to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the crypto wallet sector.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging and product-market fit.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and community engagement.
• Analyze marketing performance data, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar senior marketing role, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of self-custodial wallets, DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant user growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
