Marketing & Growth Specialist (Mantle Squad Americas)

Introduction

Mantle is expanding its presence in the Americas and is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Mantle Squad Americas. This part-time role (10–15 hours per week) is ideal for professionals deeply embedded in the North American crypto ecosystem who are eager to contribute to Mantle’s brand growth, community engagement, and market presence.

As a core member of the Americas squad, you will be instrumental in shaping Mantle’s narrative, fostering partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies across North America. You will collaborate closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners, implementing impactful initiatives tailored to the US audience.

Responsibilities

1. Community Growth & Operations

• Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle’s presence in North America.
• Identify and build collaborations with top-tier media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and distribution channels.
• Support the execution of growth strategies targeting retail, institutional, and developer communities.

2. Founder Story & Narrative Building

• Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives specifically for the US market.
• Collaborate on storytelling across social media, editorial content, and partner channels.
• Effectively position Mantle within the broader North American Web3 and L2 landscape.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Offline Event Support

• Plan and execute North American go-to-market campaigns.
• Support in-real-life (IRL) activations, industry events, and community meetups.
• Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and ecosystem campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing or ecosystem roles, with a specific focus on the North American market.
• Strong understanding of the North American crypto landscape, media, and communities.
• Demonstrated high ownership, strong execution ability, and reliability in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working within a remote, distributed team structure.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
