Introduction

LI.FI is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the EMEA region. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating compelling marketing materials that communicate our innovative solutions to the DeFi community.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce various marketing assets, including website graphics, social media content, presentations, infographics, and ad creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Contribute to the evolution of LI.FI's brand guidelines and visual language.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and blockchain marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, preferably within the blockchain, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with Web3 and decentralized finance concepts.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
