Introduction

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity projects for clients from start to finish.
• Actively contribute to business development and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor junior consultants in their professional development.
• Co-write proposals and tenders, tailored to client needs.
• Stimulate innovation and promote best practices within the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, combining technical depth with business insights.

Requirements

We are looking for driven colleagues who want to push the boundaries in cybersecurity and play a key role in protecting organizations against digital threats. • Minimum 7 years of experience as a cybersecurity consultant or in a comparable role.
• A completed HBO or WO education (Bachelor's or Master's degree), preferably with a focus on IT or cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrable experience with project leadership and coaching team members.
• Strong communication skills and commercial insight.
• Affinity with both technical content and strategic issues.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
