Introduction

Sopra Steria is seeking a Management Consultant to join their team in Groningen, Netherlands. In this challenging position, you will actively build new relationships and maintain regular contact with existing ones, leverage your network, and play a crucial role in expanding the success of propositions, practices, and Sopra Steria as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Actively build new client relationships and maintain regular contact with existing ones.
• Utilize existing contacts to achieve objectives and engage with professional networks.
• Take responsibility for developing client relationships.
• Play a key role in further expanding the success of propositions, practices, and Sopra Steria, with a strong focus on client-centricity and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate with clients, your multidisciplinary team, and the Sales & Delivery organization.
• Lead smaller teams and contribute to analytical, practical, and creative solutions for complex problems.
• Successfully execute independent (sub-)projects and engage in regular discussions with colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or university education in a technical or business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant with a proven track record in tactical and strategic organizational advisory.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: public sector, financial sector, or industry/trade (utilities).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following focus areas: IT strategy, cloud transformation, IT modernization, technology platforms, API/Composable Architectures, data strategy, data-driven organizations, data products, data platforms, data management & governance, operational excellence, lean management, intelligent automation, business process management, Obeya, portfolio management, agile transformation and scaling, DevOps transformation, workforce transformation, change management, or product management.
• Strong consultancy, business analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead smaller teams.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
