About the Position

Introduction

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Platform Engineer I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure and tools that enable our data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models efficiently and reliably. You will play a crucial role in shaping our ML platform, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless operation of our AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient ML infrastructure and tools.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring reproducibility and automation.
Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML models in production.
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their needs and provide solutions that accelerate their work.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and best practices into the ML platform.
Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our ML systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ML platform and production models.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in MLOps and machine learning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in MLOps, ML Engineering, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD).
Familiarity with data storage and processing technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Kafka).
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with ML workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow).
Knowledge of distributed systems and big data technologies.
Contributions to open-source ML projects.
Familiarity with experiment tracking and model registry tools.
