Introduction

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Team Rockstars IT, you will work on innovative solutions that shape the future of technology. You will be instrumental in building and implementing scalable ML models to solve complex problems. If you have a passion for data, algorithms, and artificial intelligence, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of ML models, ensuring monitoring and logging in production environments.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, applying them where relevant.
• Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• A completed university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, data structures, and best practices.
• Experience with programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (experience with MLOps is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Eager to learn, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
