Introduction

As an LLMOps Engineer for Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, you will drive the AI strategy for iconic brands like the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. Your primary mission will be to construct a robust AWS infrastructure, transforming experimental Large Language Models (LLMs) into reliable, production-ready tools for ticketing, fan engagement, and team operations. You'll join a team that prioritizes a growth mindset and high-integrity engineering to redefine the fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the robust AWS infrastructure to deploy experimental LLMs into production.
• Design 'CodeAI' development pipelines for AI agents.
• Create secure, sandboxed environments for AI agent interaction with code repositories.
• Leverage Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph to orchestrate complex agentic workflows.
• Establish security guardrails and governance for scalable 'vibe coding'.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI deployment, including prompt versioning.
• Monitor hallucination rates via AWS CloudWatch.
• Define reliability standards for AI agents.
• Optimize infrastructure for agent-based workflows.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience (implied by tag).
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience deploying LLMs to production.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI.
• Knowledge of governance and security in AI/ML operations.
