Introduction

Bynder is seeking a driven and proactive Learning & Development Intern to join their People and Talent Team in Amsterdam. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international tech scale-up, supporting crucial L&D initiatives and contributing to the growth and development of Bynder's global team.

Responsibilities

• Organizing monthly onboarding bootcamps for EMEA region.
• Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Developing and improving online lessons within the LMS.
• Enhancing onboarding initiatives based on feedback.
• Organizing ad-hoc L&D activities, both remotely and in-office.
• Implementing personal L&D ideas within Bynder and with external partners (e.g., universities).
• Coordinating events and learning sessions for other interns.
• Assisting with various People & Talent tasks.
• Supporting Well-Being initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Already based in The Netherlands.
• Residing in or near Amsterdam, or willing to relocate.
• Available for an internship of at least 6 months, starting September 2026.
• Flexible with in-office presence (including occasional travel to Rotterdam).
• Passion for learning, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
• Adept at building strong working relationships, both remotely and in-person.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong presentation skills.
